Damaged Merchandise:
If you pick up the merchandise at our warehouse please inspect the packages carefully. If it appears that you are not fully satisfied with the item, we will gladly replace to your satisfaction and help you secure the merchandise on your truck.
If we deliver the product, please open and inspect each item while the driver is present if merchandise is damaged please contact us immediately for either a credit to your satisfaction or to arrange a return and re-delivery at our expense.
If the query is made after we leave, the customer will be responsible for the shipment.
